The largest and longest running festival in Arizona is back this year and will be celebrating its 29th Anniversary at this year’s Cinco de Mayo Phoenix Festival 2022.
Cinco Phoenix is viewed as one of the most significant community cultural festival in the southwest.
Cinco de Mayo commemorates the 1862 Battle Of Puebla victory of an indigenous Mexican army over the French army. National award winning musical headliner at this year’s Cinco Phoenix is Lisa Lisa known as “The Queen of Latin Hip-Hop.” Lisa Lisa was the first Latin Artist to make it big nationwide. Also joining is Latin, Rock, Contemporary Latin Jazz, Salsa and Blues artist MALO along with American Music Award Best R&B winners Color Me Badd.
